We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

About color guarantee
Most of our company's products are S925 sterling silver or 18K gold-plated sterling silver. Whether the jewellery fades or not depends on personal care and wearing methods. It should not be exposed to water, sweat, toiletries, cosmetics and other chemical substances for a long time. The colour retention time will vary depending on the time. It varies from person to person. Our company does not give a specific answer on how long the colour will last. If you follow the relevant maintenance methods, it will last longer.

About after-sales
Most of our company's natural pearl jewelry has different shapes, and most of them will have growth lines and jewellery hand-making processes. Due to artificial uncertainty, there will be slight glue marks and other hand-made traces on the product joint parts. This is not true. It is a product defect and will not be accepted as a product quality problem.

The products in our store are all taken in kind, please do not steal the pictures for commercial use!

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.


EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
